KYDA’ S Fashion operates this online clothing store and the related shopping services. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KYDA’ S Fashion. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is handled. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the shopping services.
Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or interference with our systems. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
Product Information and Availability
Product pages describe the item, available sizes, material, price, and other relevant details. Please read those details and any size chart before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Availability can change. We may correct an error in a description, price, or stock status. If an error affects an order already placed, we will explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a full refund; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolvable payment issue, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. We will notify you and refund any payment received for a cancelled order. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout before you pay. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Only payment methods displayed and enabled at checkout are accepted. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Shipping and Cancellation
We ship within the United States through UPS. Order processing takes 1–3 business days and estimated transit takes a further 3–5 business days. The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. See our Shipping Policy for full details. You may request cancellation before shipment for a full refund without a cancellation fee. After shipment, the return process applies.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy. That policy explains item condition, return costs, return instructions, and refund timing. It does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, layouts, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping. This does not cancel an obligation to refund an eligible order or restrict your existing consumer rights. Terms concerning intellectual property, lawful outstanding payments, liability, and dispute resolution continue where relevant after access ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes and Severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
