How to Track Your Order
- Open our tracking page using the button above.
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, or select Tracking Number and enter the shipment tracking number.
- View the latest carrier updates. Tracking becomes available after your order is dispatched and scanned by the carrier.
Before Your Order Ships
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. UPS transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Standard shipping within the United States is free.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after order processing begins, contact us with your order number. If a shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, we can help investigate.
